Replacing A Loyalty Card Via PASS

If a customer informs you that they have lost their loyalty card, replacing it couldn’t be easier. Simply log into PASS as normal, and then go to ‘Points’.

Click ‘Cards’.

Use the search function to find the member you need and click to highlight them.

Click ‘Replace’.

Enter the number on the new card, and then click ‘Replace’ again.

Your customer can now use their new card!
