Reward-It Limited (Company number: 7927310, Registered in England and Wales) is part of the Resbourne Limited (Company number: 9547750, Registered in England and Wales) group of companies.
Reward-it collect and processes information for three different types of partners:
1. Clients – companies using our loyalty and gift solutions. On behalf of clients we act as ‘Data Processors’
2. Customers – companies who purchase from Reward-It. On behalf of customers we act as ‘Data Controllers’.
3. Service Providers – third party companies who provide services on our behalf. On behalf of Service Providers we act as ‘Data Processors’.

Data Controller – a person or company who determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, any personal data is processed.
Data Processor – in relation to personal data, means any person or company who processes the data on behalf of the data controller.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
