For ultimate ease and peace of mind, we recommend using our artwork design service.

We will create artwork for your cards to your requirements, including any variable data such as QR codes or barcodes.

Once our expert team has created your design, you will receive a proof that can be signed off by you, and up to 5 revisions on any changes you may have.

If required, your design can also be stored on file for future orders.

Please note that if you are providing your own artwork:

• We will print your artwork as you supply it to use. Please ensure you've read our gift and loyalty card artwork guidelines, including the required bleed areas. You can purchase a photo proof to check your artwork before printing.
• If you have multiple cards or different designs to print, please provide a separate artwork file for each card.
• Text will not be checked prior to printing, so please thoroughly check for spelling and grammatical errors.

If you have a gift or loyalty system in place, you can upload your own data to be printed on your cards.

Please upload an Excel file with the unique data for your cards. This will be processed depending on the type of personalisation you requested with your card package.

Please ensure you take the opportunity to check your numbering is correct when you receive your proof. If you have requested a QR code or barcode, please test scan this prior to accepting the proof.

If you are a member of Reward-It's gift and loyalty system, there is no need to upload any data. We will automatically add it to your card design.
